HanBridge Global acts as controller or service provider for personal data processed through HanBridge.

Data we process
We may process account and profile details, level selections, placement answers, pronunciation scores, usage and quota records, support conversations, device information, and technical events. Audio stays on your device by default and is uploaded only when you enable cloud recording.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and synchronize the service, personalize learning, secure accounts, enforce quotas, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. Bases may include contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
Processors and international transfers
We may use Vercel, Supabase, Microsoft Azure Speech, Google Gemini, Resend, and, once enabled, a payment provider. These providers may process data in other countries under applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention, security, and rights
Data is retained only as needed for the service and legal duties, then deleted or anonymized. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and complain. Self-service deletion is available in Profile.
