Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions may renew automatically as shown at checkout. You can cancel before renewal and normally retain access until the paid period ends.

Any mandatory distance-selling withdrawal rights remain available. Starting a digital service immediately during a withdrawal period may affect those rights where the law requires express request, consent, and acknowledgement.

Where a refund is legally required or approved, consumed plan benefits and provider rules are considered. An approved prorated refund is based on unused full days, with applicable tax or unavoidable provider deductions disclosed.

Failed payments may restrict access or return the account to Free. Send the account email, transaction date, and reason to support@hanbridgeglobal.com. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider; bank timing varies.
